Protection Act 1998 (UK Only), is designed to inform of how the Maritime Security
Centre collects and utilises personal information. www.mschoa.org / .eu is owned and
operated by EU NAVFOR (EUNF).
Registered User Agreement
The Registered User accepts that MSCHOA.org/MSCHOA.eu is confidential and shall not
allow access to MSCHOA.org/MSCHOA.eu to any third party. The Registered User shall
not divulge the contents of MSCHOA.org/MSCHOA.eu or any part thereof in any form, to
any third party except as required by ordinary usage of the information available in
the ordinary course of the registered User's business. The Registered User may not
sell or publish in hard copy or electronic format, including on the Registered User's
internet site, information obtained from MSCHOA.org/MSCHOA.eu.
Personal Information
As well as details of pages visited, information is collected rlating to visitor
connectivity, including Internet Protocol addresses. This information is used for
statistical analysis to determine how www.mschoa.org is utilised and in order to
assist in improving the website.

details are not distributed to any third parties. However, should you decide that
you do not wish to receive such communication, please contact us so that your
records are updated accordingly.
Data Security
We take every precaution to ensure that the information supplied is treated in the
